 1. According to the type of condenser: water-cooled and air-cooled chillers
Water-cooled type: The chiller is connected with cooling water to take away the heat of the refrigerant in the condenser;
Air-cooled type: The chiller is equipped with a cooling fan to take away the heat of the refrigerant in the condenser.
2. According to the type of evaporator: coil type, shell and tube type, plate exchange type
Coil type: The evaporator is immersed in the water tank to achieve cooling, and the water pump draws water from the water tank to achieve circulation;


Shell and tube type: The evaporator is made into a long-tube water cannon, and the water pump pumps water from the water tank into the evaporator to achieve cooling;

Special: Because the material to be cooled is corrosive or the cleanliness of the material to be cooled is relatively high, its evaporator is made of stainless steel or plastic + titanium pipe (electroplating industry), and it can also be customized into 304 stainless steel plate exchange type and water tank With compatible structures, the food and cosmetics industries require a cooler with better cleanliness.

4. Calculation method of chiller cooling capacity
Cooling capacity = chilled water flow × 4.18 × temperature difference × coefficient
①: The flow rate of chilled water refers to the flow rate of chilled water required for the operation of the machine, and the unit needs to be converted into liters/second;
②: The temperature difference refers to the temperature difference between the water entering and leaving the machine;
③: 4.18 is quantitative (specific heat capacity of water);
④: When selecting air-cooled chillers, multiply the coefficient by 1.3, and when selecting water-cooled chillers, multiply the coefficient by 1.1.
⑤: Select the corresponding machine model according to the calculated cooling capacity.
