1.Connect the power cord. The mold temperature controller is a 3-phase 5-wire type (3 live wires + 1 neutral wire + 1 ground wire). You only need to exchange 2 of the fire wires.

2.The inlet and outlet pipes connected to the upper mold temperature controller have a diameter of 3/8, 6KW is 2 in and 2 out, and 9KW and above are 4 in and 4 out, except for high power or special requirements for import and export. Then pour in 2/3 of the liquid level of heat transfer oil (according to the specifications of the temperature model of the corresponding oil-type mold temperature controller purchased), or 3/4 of the liquid level, do not fill it up, otherwise it may occur when the oil-type mold temperature Oil spill phenomenon.

3.Start and start up - press the green "running button", press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on the power, then press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off, PV is the real-time temperature display, SV is the set temperature display. If you want to set the desired temperature value, press the "Setting key" arrow symbol key, "UP key" means to increase the temperature, and "DOWN key" means to adjust the temperature downward. Adjust the oil-type mold temperature machine to the required temperature, and press the "Setting button" again to realize the temperature rise of the mold temperature machine.

4.If the oil mold temperature machine needs to drop the temperature quickly, connect and open the waterway connected to the cooling tower, because the oil mold temperature machine belongs to indirect cooling, and there is a plate heat exchanger inside to play the role of indirect heat dissipation. Press the COOL button That's it, if you don't need to cool down, COOL doesn't need to start, don't worry about it.

5.If an alarm fault occurs during the operation of the mold temperature machine, the computer panel will indicate the number of fault codes that indicate what the fault is and the manual has a corresponding solution.
